The assistance included developing a 10-year financial forecast model, improving financial and accounting processes, and enhancing the internal audit function. The project aimed to improve the financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management of the utilities, ensuring better financial control and transparency.<\/p>\n

The services provided included preparing an ERP blueprint, developing and implementing a new accounting manual, and providing training and support. The project also involved conducting a cost of service study to determine appropriate tariffs for consumers.
