From May 2018 to July 2020, PITCO has been serving as the Owner’s Engineer for the 375 MW Combined Cycle Power Project in Dharaki, Sindh, Pakistan. The project aims to advise and support the client during the pre-feasibility and feasibility stages, project development, design review, and construction management and supervision, including the warranty period. The scope includes evaluating potential environmental impacts, determining applicable environmental performance standards, and identifying significant impacts from project construction and operations.
PITCO’s services include assisting in the preparation of pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, reviewing environmental and social safeguard studies, and providing project development services. Our team also supports EPC contract management, project monitoring and control, health, safety, and environment management, quality assurance and control, design review, construction management, and supervision. PITCO oversees the commissioning and testing, prepare completion test reports, and ensure compliance with international standards and local regulations.
