From March 2004 to March 2005, PITCO, in collaboration with Copenhagen Business School, improved the regulatory and legislative capacities of the Finance, Home, and Services & General Administration (S&GA) Departments under the Government of Punjab. This project, funded by the European Commission, aimed to enhance public sector performance, improve service delivery, and implement automated public resources management systems.
PITCO’s services included establishing regulatory standards, improving project management quality, and transferring knowledge for governance and administrative capacity building. Our team implemented information management tools to enhance liaison between departments, speed up response times, and improve the quality of government services. PITCO developed a regulatory environment for administrative reforms, improved business processes, and established internal control and audit systems. The project aimed to enhance transparency, efficiency, and accountability in government operations, supporting better service delivery to businesses and citizens.
