From March 2005 to August 2005, PITCO, in collaboration with Fichtner GmbH & Co. KG, conducted a feasibility study for the Sheikhupura Gujranwala Road Combined Cycle Power Station in Lahore, Pakistan. The project, funded  by Sapphire Electric Company Ltd., aimed to evaluate the technical and economic feasibility of the power station, including power station configuration, network study, environmental impact assessment, geological investigations, and investment cost calculations.

PITCO’s services included assisting in the preparation of the feasibility study, network study, environmental impact assessment, and geological investigations. Our team prepared tender documents, evaluated individual contract agreements, and conducted economic and financial analyses. The feasibility study provided a comprehensive evaluation of the power station’s potential, identifying key technical, economic, and financial aspects to support decision-making and project development.
